HL Cryogenics Highlights Vacuum Insulated Pipe, Flexible Hose, Valve, and Phase Separator Technologies at IVE2025

IVE2025—the 18th International Vacuum Exhibition—went down in Shanghai, September 24 to 26, at the World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. The place was packed with serious professionals in the vacuum and cryogenic engineering space. Since starting up in 1979, the expo’s built a solid reputation for being a gathering point for technical exchange, business connections, and innovation in vacuum and cryo solutions.

HL Cryogenics came equipped with their latest advancements. Their Vacuum Insulated Pipe (VIP) systems got a lot of attention; these are engineered to handle the transfer of liquefied gases—think nitrogen, oxygen, argon, LNG—over long stretches, with hardly any thermal loss. That’s no small feat, especially in complex industrial set-ups where reliable performance is everything.

They also rolled out their Vacuum Insulated Hoses (VIHs). These things are designed for durability and, obviously, flexibility—crucial for labs, semiconductor operations, aerospace, even hospital applications. People who saw them in action pointed out that they held up under repeated handling and tough system configurations without a hitch.

HL Cryogenics’ Vacuum Insulated Valves were a standout, too. Built from high-grade stainless steel, these valves are precise, leak-proof, and just keep on working, even at cryogenic extremes. Plus, the company showed off a complete range of phase separators: the Z-Model for passive venting, D-Model for automated liquid–gas separation, and J-Model for full-scale pressure regulation. All are designed for optimal nitrogen management and serious system reliability, whether you’re scaling small or going massive.

For the record, everything in their portfolio—Vacuum Insulated Pipes (VIPs)Vacuum Insulated Hoses (VIHs), Vacuum Insulated Valves, and Phase Separators—meets ISO 9001, CE, and ASME standards. Showing up at IVE2025 gave HL Cryogenics an edge: stronger relationships with global industry players, deeper technical collaboration, and more visibility as experts in cryogenic equipment for energy, aerospace, healthcare, electronics, and semiconductor markets.
